Locations

The Event Lawn is available for wedding ceremonies, as well as, receptions accommodating up to 170 guests. The Sonoran View Room is available for intimate gatherings for up to 48 guests.

 
Ceremony and Reception Site Fee Includes

  
Site fees include The Event Lawn for your ceremony and dinner, as well as, the Upper Terrace for the cocktail reception. Your wedding set-up and breakdown will include white wooden padded chairs, sound system for the ceremony, ceremony rehearsal, use of the resort grounds for photography, tables with white linens and white linen napkins, dance floor, table numbers, cocktail rounds, cake table, gift table, seating card table, china, silver, and glassware. Contact the catering department for specifics on the site fee.

 
Estimated Costs

For budgeting purposes, average pricing for an evening reception is between $90 to $120 per person for food and beverage. Not including service charge or sales tax. For specifics on the food and beverage minimum, please contact the Catering Department.

 
Catering

CopperWynd provides all food and beverage items. Select from our magical brunch, lunch or dinner menus or we will be happy to customize a menu specifically for you.

Wedding Cakes

Our Pastry Chef is available to create your wedding cake. Pricing is included with your entree selection (please ask for a list of current fillings and cake types).

Music

Live bands and DJs are welcome to use our Event Lawn for ceremony & reception music. A variety of musical entertainment companies and bands can be referred by our catering manager. Please note that all music and dancing must conclude at 10:00 p.m. as a courtesy to our resort guest and neighbors

 
Resort Guestrooms

We are delighted to offer group room rates for your out of town guests for five or more guestrooms. Reserving five or more guestrooms per night does require signing a group room contract. Please discuss with your Wedding Coordinator or contact the Group Sales Office at 480-333-1869.

The Spa

The exclusivity and elegance of our spa provides an array of European-inspired therapies for your indulgence. Featuring natural skin and body treatments, relaxing and rejuvenating signature massage treatments, manicures and pedicures. CopperWynd is happy to customize special Spa Packages for Brides and Bridal Parties.

 
Rehearsal Dinner

Whether your party is large or small, we can assist you in planning the perfect rehearsal dinner in our beautifully appointed Event Lawn or Sonoran View Room with the breathtaking view of the Sonoran Desert.

Guarantee

It is necessary to inform the Catering Department of the exact number of people who will attend your special event at least 10 days prior to the event date. This number will be a guaranteed minimum, not subject to reduction and charges will be made accordingly. If a guarantee is not given to the resort 10 days in advance, the estimated number on the event order will become the guarantee.

  
Serving of Alcoholic Beverages

Our legal responsibility requires that proof of age be able to be produced for anyone who appears to be under the age of 30 who wishes to consume alcoholic beverages. We highly recommend all guests that fall into the above category bring a form of valid identification on the day of your wedding.
